Trying to eat healthy
So now since I'm well on my way with the working out thing, I have to eat less junk and more healthy foods. It is really not that hard for me to not eat unhealthy foods like fries and mac and cheese, but that is one of Maxwell's favorite foods and try to those for him for my sides so that he has something to eat. So yesterday we went to Sonny's and well actually there I had a hard time because there fries are so good with their sweet sauce. So I had to make a decision on my order so I got mac and cheese for Max and I got green beans for me. I just had to steal a few of Chan's fries to stick them in the sweet sauce. Tomorrow I start another three days of working out for the week. I was going to do Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but I don't get off until 5 in the morning on Sunday so I'm doing Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because Thursday is my step up class. It is going to kill me to do all three days in a row, but I guess I will make it. So that is all of have for now.

I started back at the gym
Ok so I decided to start a blog because Samantha's was so cool. So thanks Samantha for gettting me interested in blogging. Well after being pregnant and having a baby. I gained a extra 15 pounds, and I tired of my clothes not fitting me and not having anything in the closet to wear. And going shopping and only fitting in a 10, but now I'm down to a 8 (Praise God), so I decided to go back to the gym. I signed up at Lifestyle fitness on wells rd, it is amazing. They not only give you a gym to workout at, but a whole new focus. You have a online part of your workout that you can get receipes that are healthy and track your workout and also see when the classes are during the week. You also get a 150 dollar gift card you can use for a tranier. It is amazing and my trainer is awesome. So I'm on the way to losing 15 pounds by cutting out the junk food and working out. I have learned alot from my trainer like alot of women don't know what they are doing when they workout and sometimes they are not actually losing fat, but muscle and that can be very bad for your health and your body. Also that most people use machines really don't know what they are doing and it can do some harm if you don't know which ones to use and how to use them properly. I have went to one group class and it kicked my butt, but I have lost already one pound. If I use one pound a week. I should be down 15 pounds in 12 weeks. So pray that I do. I'm excited becaus since I workout now, when I get pregnant again I won't have to stop working out, I can workout while I'm pregnant and that means less weight that I will gain and I will be smaller and healthy after the baby. I'm working on drinking more water now. I'm trying to get to my 8 glasses a day, but it is very hard. There is actually a water counting program on my lifestyle site that you can put how many glasses you drink and keep up with it. I also can keep track all of my workouts each week, so that is exciting. I start my first personal traning with my trainer on Wednesday and I can't wait to see what she has for me to do. I'm excited to be back at the gym and to also have a trainer. I'm glad I can share this with you and can't wait till all of my clothes fit again.
